Norfolk Scene Print by Neil Masterman
This painting represents the flooding of Hunstanton
lighthouse in 1952 and also includes some amount of artist license. The painting
shows vitality and upset caused by the storm in that terrible time. The people
of Norfolk will always remember it. It is an eye
catching, attention-grabbing piece with a ‘crashing’ impact on you. It is one
of my most popular pieces. A lot of people use it in
their home and it is one of them paintings that is liked by all and at my
exhibitions it plays a vocal part in increasing interest.
