A bold painting with the oriental poppies being the obvious vocal part. I find the light colours eye catching despite not having a huge contrast or being particularly striking. The oriental poppies catch my attention. I especially enjoyed painting this, as it isn’t as ‘flower packed’ as my others but still a similar effect so I was satisfied when looking at it after it was finished.
