Abstract Print by Penny Masterman

I painted this at a particularly troubling time for me, feeling like everything was against me. I painted this with aggressive use of colours, whilst still feeling as if painting it was therapeutic because of the detail I paid to the different lines. The troubled time comes from memories of my school life with so many different things happening. Both in and out of school. Hence the name Schooldays One.
